Nick has been a personal trainer since 2004 and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2007. He was one of the early pioneers of mobile exercise physiology for older adults, and for nearly two decades has helped clients improve their strength, prevent falls and stay in their own homes for longer.
Based in Potts Point since 2008, he also works with WorkCover rehabilitation, Medicare clients, injury recovery, muscle building and weight loss.
Specialising in improving functional capacity, falls prevention and maintaining independence, Nick's work has helped countless older adults remain active, confident and living in their own homes for longer.
His approach is compassionate, client-focused and rooted in proven methods, helping every person he works with to move better, feel stronger and live more fully.
In 2020 Nick opened his first studio in Potts Point, a space dedicated to high-quality, personalised Exercise Physiology. He has since expanded into a new, larger studio at 24 Springfield Ave.
Whether you're looking to improve your mobility, recover from injury, manage a chronic condition or reach your health and fitness goals, Nick brings deep experience, trusted expertise and a genuine commitment to helping you thrive.
